1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Nittaa platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Use of the Platform
The Nittaa platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You agree to use this platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this platform to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
3. Health Information Disclaimer
All health-related information provided on this platform is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions. Serendib Holistic Centre Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any health outcomes based on the use of information from this platform.
4. AI Chat Services
The AI chat feature (Nittaa AI) provides automated responses based on available information. These responses may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. We do not guarantee the reliability of AI-generated content and are not liable for any decisions made based on AI responses.
5. Products and Purchases
Products available through our shop are sold as health supplements and wellness products only. All purchases are subject to availability. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Refunds and returns are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us via WhatsApp for assistance.
5A. Payment & Commission Structure
All fees, commissions, and earnings on the Nittaa platform are calculated and recorded in USD. All fees, commissions, and earnings are transparently calculated and displayed within the practitioner dashboard — users have full visibility into how each transaction is structured and how final payouts are derived. A flat 4.5% payment gateway fee applies to every transaction before any commission or earnings calculation is performed. Affiliate commissions are distributed across up to 3 tiers from the net amount after the gateway fee: Tier 1 (4%), Tier 2 (1%), Tier 3 (0.5%) — totalling a maximum of 5.5%. Practitioner patient referral commissions are fixed USD amounts: Level 1 ($3.00), Level 2 ($1.00), Level 3 ($0.50). The Platform share of $1.00 is automatically allocated by the system and is not distributed through the referral chain. Products sold via a Practitioner's dedicated shop are subject to a 4.5% gateway fee and a 5% platform service fee. When a product is sold via the Main Nittaa Shop, a 15% platform commission is applied — from this: 10% to the referring Practitioner, 2% to the Affiliate who introduced that Practitioner, and 3% retained by the Platform as revenue. Customer discounts, if applicable, are applied before any gateway fee or commission calculation. Platform earnings are derived from a combination of service fees, commissions, and structured allocations within each transaction. All commission rates may be revised by the Platform with 30 days' prior notice. The order of payment calculation is defined in Section 5B of these Terms.
5B. Bio-Resonance Scan Earnings & Order of Calculation
For Bio-Resonance scan transactions: the Platform earns USD $1.00 from affiliate-referred customers; the Platform earns USD $2.00 from non-affiliate customers; the Practitioner introducer earns USD $0.50 per scan for all customers. Platform earnings are derived from a combination of service fees, commissions, and structured allocations within each transaction. Platform share is automatically allocated by the system and is not distributed through the referral chain. Order of payment calculation (single authoritative sequence): (1) Customer payment received; (2) Any applicable discount applied; (3) 4.5% gateway fee applied; (4) 5% platform service fee applied (for practitioner shop sales); (5) Affiliate commissions applied if applicable — Tier 1: 4%, Tier 2: 1%, Tier 3: 0.5%; (6) Bio-Resonance earnings allocated as described above; (7) Remaining balance credited to the Practitioner. All fees, commissions, and earnings are calculated and recorded in USD.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, images, graphics, and AI-generated responses, is the property of Serendib Holistic Centre Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
7. User Data
When you register to read articles or use our services, we collect your name, email, and WhatsApp number. This information is used solely to provide our services and to contact you with relevant health information. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serendib Holistic Centre Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or any products purchased through it.
9. Affiliate & Referral Programme
The Nittaa platform operates a 3-tier affiliate commission system. All fees, commissions, and earnings are calculated and recorded in USD. Affiliate Tier 1 earns 4%, Tier 2 earns 1%, and Tier 3 earns 0.5% of the net transaction amount (after a flat 4.5% gateway fee deduction) — a maximum of 5.5% total. Practitioner patient referral commissions are fixed USD amounts: Level 1 ($3.00), Level 2 ($1.00), Level 3 ($0.50). The Platform share of $1.00 is automatically allocated by the system and is not distributed through the referral chain. For Bio-Resonance scan earnings, please refer to Section 5B of these Terms. When a product is sold via the Main Nittaa Shop, a 15% platform commission applies — from this: 10% to the referring Practitioner, 2% to the Affiliate who introduced that Practitioner, and 3% retained by the Platform as revenue. Platform earnings are derived from a combination of service fees, commissions, and structured allocations within each transaction. Any applicable customer discounts are applied before gateway fee and commission calculations. The order of payment calculation is defined in Section 5B of these Terms. The Platform reserves the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse any commission, referral earning, or scan-related earning (including the $0.50 practitioner bonus and platform scan earnings) if any transaction is identified as fraudulent, duplicated, manipulated, or self-generated. All commissions are subject to system validation and fraud checks. The platform reserves the right to revise commission rates with 30 days' prior notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
